These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of purewindowssanclemente.com and to window cleaning services provided by Pure Windows (“we”, “us”). By using our website or booking a visit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Using Our Website

You may use our website for lawful, personal or business purposes related to our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission. The information on our site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Estimates and Pricing

Prices shown on our website, including our minimum visit and typical ranges by home type, are estimates based on common situations. They are not a binding offer. We give you a price over the phone and confirm the final number with you before work begins. Add-on work such as hard water treatment, interior cleaning, skylights, glass railings and rescreening is quoted separately. If what we find on site is genuinely different from what was described to us, we will explain it and agree any change with you before doing extra work.

Booking, Scheduling and Weather

Visits are scheduled by phone or email. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to change a visit. If rain is forecast, we reschedule at no charge. We may also adjust or reschedule work during strong winds or other conditions that make the work unsafe or ineffective.

Access and Property Conditions

You agree to give us safe access to the windows we are cleaning. Please secure pets, put away fragile or valuable items near the glass, and tell us about gates, alarms, sprinklers and anything else that affects access. If a window cannot be safely reached with our ladders and poles, we may decline to clean it and will tell you why.

What Cleaning Can and Cannot Do

Cleaning removes dirt and many deposits, but it cannot repair damage. Etched or scratched glass, failed seals, fogged double-pane units, damaged screens, and sticking or misaligned window hardware are not fixed by cleaning, and we do not repair them. We test a small area before treating salt film or hard water and will tell you what is likely to lift. Some older deposits may leave a faint mark.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Please ask us if you have questions about how and when payment is due.

Photos and Reports

We may take photos of the property to document our work and may email you a photo report. We do not publish photos that identify your home or address without your permission.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of any kind about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under California consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Windows will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. For any claim related to a visit, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that visit, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Please tell us about any concern within a reasonable time after a visit so we can look into it.

Governing Law
